I’m passionate about helping busy women move more, eat better, feel better and be happier.

 

I offer unrivalled support, I help women using a combination of education, accountability, support, Nutrition, mindset and behaviour change. Im qualified, experienced and I get results.

 

I understand how hard it can be to stay in shape as we get older. In the past I’ve tried all sorts of strange diets and quick fixes. They don’t work!

How It Works

I support you through a private facebook group & Zoom video calls.

We take a look at your current lifestyle habits, what your goal is right now & what is currently stopping you from reaching them.

You will be educated through health, nutrition, exercise, mindset and lifestyle.

We set small weekly goals, keep you accountable as you progress.

Most weight loss programs only look at food and exercise.

All my programs include much more than that.

We not only work on what we look like, on the outside we also do a lot of work on the inside to deal with some of the reasons you put on the weight in the first place.

Selfcare, mindset and behaviour change are a huge part of my programs.

To those willing to take this journey with. Ciara all I can say is please do. While my journey is ongoing I have found the root
cause of my eating habits to be all
emotional ones. I eat every emotion but only delved into the "why " with Ciara. She makes you think about all aspects of why you eat.
